Senior Solution Architect is responsible for building and maintaining “trusted advisor” relationships with senior client personnel within both business and development organizations. The Senior Solution Architect designs and delivers IT and business transformation solutions leveraging automation, Cloud Computing (Amazon Web Services, Azure) and other related technologies.

Role description:
• Team: You will be a member of a solution architect team led by the chief architect.
• Vision: While the product management provide the business vision, the solution architect team will own the technical vision of our products. Will also make sure that both the business vision and the technical vision are aligned.
• Organization liaison: Has a good understanding of what is going on in different parts of the organization in the architecture domain. Similarly, will make sure that the decisions made in the domain are anchored to the rest of the  organization.
• Big picture: Has a good understanding of how the big picture is formed – how different products come together and serve the business.
• Leadership: a servant leader that is: Accountable for the continuous evolution of architecture; Provide the necessary technical facilitation when needed; Coach the system architects and the development teams
• UI focus:  Will provide focus on UI aspects within the architecture.

At least Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or in a related field of study and typically 14 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, or advanced degree or equivalent; 10+ years of experience in complex systems.

Desired skills:
• Proven track record of working with web UI and related services, distributed and evolving systems.
• Proficient in a multiple programming languages, including Java and Java script (e.g. Angular).
• Experience of working with Docker-based systems.
• Excellent communication skills: we seek an active learner with excellent communication skills – someone who is proficient in both the “business-speak” and “tech-speak” and has fluency in English (our corporate language), spoken  and written
• Experience of similar role in organizations with multiple products and working as a member of geographically dispersed team. 
• Learner: Ability to quickly learn a complex setup.
• Experience of systems architecture, modern web UI and cloud systems.
• Good understanding of application, information and infrastructure architectures & mission critical systems.
• Embraces speaking out, playing fair, teaming up and having fun which are some of our company values.
