Summary:

 

The Customer Services & Support group within Professional Services is an exciting area of opportunity. Technical Support Agents, working 24x7x365 located globally in places like Germany, Poland and UK, interact with our customers ensuring they receive the world class support that our company represents. An intern is required to help further analyze our current workflow processes established with our CRM tool to identify opportunities for quality improvements and tool efficiency.  An intern will also be relied upon in ensuring we have the proper data reflected on our CRM metrics dashboard which we use to track key performance indicators of our products. Relocation is offered for this position

Essential Functions:

• Maintain and enhance visual layout, workflow rules and business logic to streamline and enhance business processes and improve user experience.

• Communicate and collaborate with other technical resources and internal stakeholders regarding status, technical issues and creative solutions to support business requirements.

• Design, configure, test, document, and deploy high quality business solutions on the SFDC platform based on industry best practices as well as business needs

• Translate business requirements into logical, component-based technical designs

Education/Experience:

• Interns must be actively enrolled in some form of accredited higher education. This includes programs provided by universities, vocational schools, community colleges, institutes of technology, or other organizations that awards academic degrees.

• Interns must complete at least one year within their institution of higher education and carry a 3.0 grade point average before being considered for a Jeppesen internship.

Education/Experience:

• Interns must be actively enrolled in some form of accredited higher education. This includes programs provided by universities, vocational schools, community colleges, institutes of technology, or other organizations that awards academic degrees.

• Interns must complete at least one year within their institution of higher education and carry a 3.0 grade point average before being considered for a Jeppesen internship.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Demonstrated proficiency in writing reports and presentations.

• Passionate in solving complex problems. Diligent and highly organized with strong attention to details.

• Knowledge of Salesforce (Sales Cloud or Service Cloud) is an advantage.
