Employee Relation Specialist/HR BP


Tasks and responsibilities

  • Consult with business leaders on the establishment of performance goals/priorities aligned to enterprise strategy and partner on the assessment, coaching, and development of leaders against these goals on an ongoing basis.
  • Collaborate with HR Center of Excellence and Employee / Labor Relations to develop relevant solutions that enable enterprise and business strategy / objectives.
  • Ability to independently plan and carry out work tasks
  • Willingness to solve the problem and cooperation with global team on all daily tasks

These are very interesting times for Jeppesen as we are integrating more closely into the Boeing organization. This also includes HR and that the successful candidate will be a part of a Global HR team. Initially you will be an important change agent in our implementation of a new operation model for HR. Long term you will coach and support both Swedish and international managers and provide first class HR support within your HR unit.

We believe that the successful candidate has a background within Legal or HR with proven abilities such as:


  • ·         Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and oral

  • ·         Bachelor degree in Human resources or equivalent

  • ·         5-10 year experience from HR in a multinational organization

  • ·         Good understanding of Swedish Labour Law

  • ·         Experience from working in an international HR organization

  • ·         Must be self-motivated, confident and have solid presentation skills
